Law College Calendar

Now that Spring Break is over, the semester is quickly coming to an end.  This is an extremely busy time of the academic year so don’t forget to check the Law College calendar to keep up with the meetings, speakers and events happening at McCollum Hall or Law related events at UNL.  Don’t forget to add graduation on May 5th on your calendar!

Space Law & Privacy = Library Displays

There are two new displays in Schmid Law Library. Check out the first floor display on “Technology, Secrets and Privacy Issues…” Bring your smart phone to find more info and cases via Qr codes, the books within the display are available for checkout.

Space Law is the theme of the second floor library display.  Mark your calendar for April 20th when NU Law hosts the 6th Annual Spring Space Law Conference, program details and registration are also available.

Interesting Data from Pew Research Center

Do you wonder how Millennials or Boomers are using technology or how the public really feels about this year’s election?  Good data can be a challenge to find; relevant data is a goldmine of information on trends, current events feedback and helpful numbers that start to explain what’s really going on.

The Pew Research Center website is full of data on numerous topics, there’s even a daily number that highlights trends.  Interested people can sign up for regular newsletters that include date from:
